Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days from the date of the order or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your Phone Number or Mail Id as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. We are always cautious about packing and sending our herbal products in India, and we are quite confident that you will not get disheartened while using these ayurvedic products. If you still think that these products haven’t fulfilled your demands then we have an offer of return policy as well. This covers 7 days money back guarantee counting from the day you obtain your product less 20% of restocking, handling and shipping charges. The return policy of Wellness Care Sansnthan says that always return the products that are unopened. We will refund your money after doing the brief inspection of those supplements that you have returned to us. Any mark or indication of the use of these products won’t entertain the money back and we strictly follow this protocol without any exceptions made. If you do not return the whole order then the part that you have returned us would be charged normally we charge for the products minus the costs we have previously mentioned. Important Note: If the items are returned to us because of non-acceptance of the items/incomplete address/unclaimed products, it will be refunded according to our return policy only in which you will get your money except the 20% restocking, handling and shipping cost. Restocking charges are fixed and are not subjected to change.
The return packet should clearly indicate "RETURNS" at the top of the address label. Also mention your order number, order date, reason for return and any other details which you think might be helpful in processing your claim. Once our claim settlement team evaluates the request and find it eligible for the refund, we issue you a refund within 7 days.
Returns for exchange: If you want to exchange any of the products you purchased from us, you can do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of items. The refund will be issued only for the unused / unopened containers in their original packaging without any damage to them.
